Fast forward to 2024, and the company is proudly Territorian, led by mother-daughter combinations of four strong Aboriginal women: Elaine Mills, Terri Walters, Tricia Pearce and Kasey Kopp. The collective leadership is a powerful symbol of resilience, growth and the importance of intergenerational knowledge.

The Indigenous Real Estate Company has skyrocketed to success, managing a 250-plus property portfolio valued at more than $105 million worth of properties across offices in Garramilla (Darwin) and Mparntwe (Alice Springs).

Clientele is impressively diverse, including Aboriginal community-based organisations, property investors, first homeowners, and everyday families.

With the recent success of the Territory Government’s first-homebuyer incentive scheme, which led to record number of homes being sold in December 2024, the company’s ambition doesn’t stop there.
